I checked the microfilmed newspapers for the obit you requested but could not find anything around 11-8-1979.

The Tennessee death index lists only Ruth Peace who died 5-28-1982 (widow age 74) in Campbell County and Ruth E. Peace who died 2-9-1976 (widow age 91) in Shelby County. The Social Security death index lists another Ruth Peace who died October 1976 in Florida.

There is a Ruth B. Peace (born 2-13-1884, died 2-9-1976) interred at White Rose Cemetery (plot B39) in Gibson County, Tennessee, along with several other members of the Peace family.
