Reuben Hail was born in Tennessee in 1802. He appeared in the 1820 census for Smith County, Tennessee. There are other Hail/Hale families in Smith County at the same time as Reuben Hail. Can anyone tell me if Reuben is related to any of the other Hail/Hale families? Are there any land or court records that tell who Reuben's parents are? Does anyone know who the parents of Reuben are?
