Kemp Family in Smith County TN in 1870

I have located a copy of the 1870 census showing Ellen Kemp, age 45, and it looks like 6 children, including Millard Franklin Kemp, age 15. I believe this is my great-grandfather Millard Franklin Kemp born 6/22/1855. His parents were named James and Eleanor. James is not listed. Does anyone have any additional information about this family. I know that they relocated to Madison County, Missouri.
