Hi Claire. I'm actually very excited by your message, as in all the searching I have done, this is the first time I have actually come across any reference to Tochers who have actually lived at Tocher! (The place is thought to have given its name to the family, although there are contstant stories surfacing about the family actually having originated in Europe - France, Germany, Spain, even Czeckoslovakia, according to the version you hear). Since the names you have supplied include your great-grandfather, which obviously goes back some way, I'll recheck my files to see if I have any other record of him. I'll let you know.
All the best, Graham.
