Very good subject for all of us Tocher's.... While I pronounce it Toe-k-er (it appears to be remembered much easier by others), my brothers pronounce it Talk-er. My understanding is that in the native Gialic tongue it sounds somthing like "T-ogh-er" (sort of like you have somthing in your throat).

I would be interested in other pronounciations. I sure we all have heard quite a few...
