I found your page and reference to the "other" coat of arms. If you have seen the one from brazil, the other one can be found in Rietstap. On a red background there is a white (silver) column with base and capital in gold, over which is a coronet in gold. I have more info if you are interested. There is an identical italian coat of arms, and I believe there is a connection. Town in poland is tokarzowa.
