Tomczak (Posen/Poznan)

Iīm searching for Tomczak from Posen (Poznan). My great-grandfather Joseph Tomczak, born 2/19/1900 in Orkowo Kr. Srem, Poznan was a miner in the Ruhr-Area (Germany). He was the oldest of some brothers and sisters. I know only two names of them, Thomas and Sophia. After WW1 a sister or aunt settled to America. My great-grandfather said she married someone with the name Maxwell. But I donīt know if the name is right. One brother settled to France.

I hope to find new information on this way.

Greetings from Germany

Patrick Barteit
