OK,
Now I have started to mobilize my cousins in Chicago who know more about the family than I simply because they were around a few years before me. It seems Grandfather Walter came over from Pozan around 1906. He had a brother Thomas who was killed in the war (probably WW1)( could have been WW2). His brother John came over later. They had a sister who stayed in Poland (name unknown). Would like to hear from anyone who might be related and find out more about the family history.
