Few sites for research: Slovak Pride Index
A map of old Austria-Hungary:
An 1910 Hungarian megye map:
SK's phone book:
Did Frank (Ferencz - Hungarian) Frantisek - Slovak have social security numbers?
Was he naturalized citizen? If not and lived pass 1940 than an Alien Registratio Form. How about a draft registration form before WWl? All of the above mentioned but for sure few of them would have a place of birth.
Did they come thru Ellis Island? or Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia? Which ever port the manifest should have a place of birth.
