They all sound familiar but I don't think I have specifics on these Tonks. They are in the same time frame of a branch of my family Tonks that lived in West Brom.
Samuel b Abt 1820 and Sarah who had several children and went to All Saints Church West Brom. Bit of co-incidence?
Family romour has it that many church records were burnt in a church fire. This branch however is related to the Earl of Sedgely and Dudley Hall and are also related to the Timmins family. I can't find the link I had for Sedgeley but if you search your browser for it there's an excellent on in Australia. Meantime I'll keep an eye out for those names.
