Tonks Family Census Records
Posted by: KAREN ROBERTSON (ID *****2833) Date: June 16, 2003 at 09:14:52

Can anyone help me with regard to the English Census? I have 1860 Census of Birmingham, All Saints, Parl. Boro. Birmingham, St. Paul for James Tonks (a jeweler), age 34 at the time, iving at 5 Northampton Street with wife Betty (Elizabeth), daughter Sarah (my great-grandmother), sone Thomas and a servant Ellen Phillips. This family immigrated to the US in 1868. I am looking for census records prior to 1860 on this family. Thanks in advance for any help given.
