Good evening from Sheffieled, Yorkshire.

My g. grandfather was Arthur Tooley born in Loghborough, Leicestershire in 1867.

His mother, Barbara Ann Tooley, was born in Lincoln in 1848.
She was the child of Henry Tooley and Esther Ann Bartholomew. They were married at Blankney, Lincolnshire in 1847. Henry Tooley's father was Richard Tooley. Barbara Ann Tooley's father was Samuel Bartholomew, a Solicitor's cclerk, from LIncoln. Both HT and EAT were stated as being domestic servants at the time of their marriage presumably at Blankney Hall although I am by no means certain of that.

I hope that the above is of assistance to you. If it ties in with what you have found out please let me know.
