Killingworth, Middlesex County, CT & Rutland County, VT Tooleys

From the research I have done, it seems as if members of the Tooley family emigrated to Killingworth, Middlesex County, CT, USA sometime in the late 1600s. (I have a William Tooley who was born there in 9/23/1694. He is the earliest Tooley I could find there.) Does anybody know from where the Killingworth, Connecticut Tooleys originated? Some say Oxfordshire, or Oxon, or Begbroke, England. Does anyone have any other information? I am trying to link my English Tooley line to a Colonial America Tooley line. Any help at all will be appreciated!!! (I am looking for the ancestors of Cyrus Tooley, of Wells or Poultney, Rutland County, VT who was the father of Pvt. Horace H. Tooley and William Tooley, who were both soldiers in the 123rd NY and were both killed during the Atlanta campaign of the Civil War.)
