I not only have some unsubstantiated information about Charles (I have been assured by my Grandfather's brother that he came from London, England, and married Sarah Bolger in Belfast, Ireland, before going to Canada - having booked passage by tricking his brother, Luther), but also about his upstate New York descendants and the Norwegian-Anglican origin of the name, "Tooley".
