Thomas Hart Topham who married a Ms Bowman 1900's

Hello,

I wonder if any one has any information on Thomas Hart Topham, who married a Ms Bowman (I have yet to find her 1st name.) He was an electrical enginner around the 1900's, 1910's or 1920's as he died before 1929 when one of his 5 or 6 daughters Ivy Topham was 16 years old.

I'm wondering if these Tophams are linked to the Topham artists, F W Topham (senior) and Frank William Warick Topham (his son) etc. etc.

Any information would be most appreciated
