John Stull Torrece' OTHER family

Breakthrough !!!

I had John Stull Torrence (1777-1842) Generation 6 as the son of William (1744-1829) and Martha Stull (1757-1829 and married in 1778.
He was cedited with a Phebe Cotton (1790- ) as a wife in 1804
and another wife Elizabeth.

In searching out the origin of Aaron Torrence (1792-1884) of Meigs Co, OH, I found Elizabeth was the FIRST Wife and she was Elizabeth Forster (1770-1840) and the mother of Aaron. She was also the mother of ALBERT of Meigs Co who lived next door to his brother Aaron.

Aaron is usually shown as Aaron Foster Torrence but it seens that it is really Forster and some one "fixed the name".

The children of John Stull Torrece and Phebe are well known. NOW we add the first two kids who settled in Meigs Co, Ohio.

Descedents who moved to Montana will be happy to see the family connection. Descendents of Albert who went to St Louis now have a connection.

Look below on the message list for a Montana set of messages!!
