Oooops! Sorry, but I think this time it is you who has mis-understood. I’ve never said that I would post ALL of my facts and documents on GenForum. In fact, it would be extremely difficult to do so - I have far too many, and it would be extremely time consuming.
What I did say, in my message on 1/27/01 with the subject line of:
“John Townzen-Stewart Co TN-FACTS”
was that I would be glad to provide anyone who asked, with the documentation I have for any of the facts I stated. And I will. In fact I already have. My message to you on 2/01/01 contained documentation in the form of Census records for John Townzen SR of Stewart co TN, and Thomas Townzen of Stewart and Henry Co TN, which proves that John Townzen Sr could not have been the father of all four of the men you show as his sons on the descendant’s list you posted in October. It also proved that Thomas Townzen could not have been the father of Allen B. Townzen b:1816, as you also show on your descendant’s list. You said in one of your other messages on 2/01/01, that this descendant’s list was “only a theory to be tested” and “has not been proven or
disproven, although you didn’t say it was merely a “theory” when you posted it. At any rate, I think it’s been tested now, and at least partially disproven.
You’ve done a very nice job of posting your documents for the discharge and pension records for Hyman, his widow, and for Jasper Newton. I know there are many of their descendants who will appreciate that.
And even though I simply cannot post all of my documents and facts, simply because of the sheer number of them, I will provide anyone who asks, with the documentation I have, for any fact that I post. And I will continue to post other facts, whenever I
find someone has posted something that I have documentation that contradicts what they have posted.
