You will not regret the choice. They have worked hard for over 20 years and compiled such a vast amount of info I could not believe my eyes.I attended a reunion for the first time this year. The meeting room had pages and pages of computer printouts that went all the way around the room with name after name that had documentation to back up it up.It was just astounding.I could not believe they had accomplished all this in only 20 years.
They give an award each reunion for the person who has accomplished the most research for the past two years. These are just people like you and I that go to the library for countless hours and dig through dusty records for countless hours and then share this info with the TTFA.
I like what you said about being a Towery. There was such a sense of belonging at this meeting. The minute you walked in you were a part.It was a very rewarding experience.
Thanks for your wise comments.
One of the thoughts expressed at the reunion was that Towerys might not always disagree; but, they always love one another.A Towery descendant
