Henry Towles (will 1835 Madison Co., VA) niece Jane Turner

Can anyone tell me about Jane Turner and her children named in the will of Henry Towles dated May 1835 in Madison Co., VA and probated in 1836?

He named his niece Jane Turner and her children "William Turner, Mary Ann Turner, Julia Turner, Robert Turner, Sarah Turner, Ellen Turner, and John Turner.

Who was Jane's husband? Who were her parents which would explain how she was Henry Towles niece?

On the 1820 Census of Culpeper Co., VA, there are Towles next to a Jeremiah Turner and also a Henry Towles next to Fielding Turner and Patsy Turner.

However, this is little help because the census was enumerated roughly alphabetically--all "Ts" together.

It suggests only that perhaps the next "T" name enumerated after Jeremiah Turner was a Towles and the same for Fielding Turner. But, there is no way of knowing how many families might have been enumerated between them and whether they lived near each other or not.

Hope someone can help identify Jane for me and what happened to her and her children.
