Hi, Beth.
Have you come across any mention of a Moses Tozer, or any other Tozer, moving to Broadhempston - which is only about 4 miles from Ashburton? My Moses was born in 1704, and when married, was living in Broadhempston. I don't know where he came from or who gis parents were.
