My William A. Tozer was married to Rachel Penn. They had (I believe) 4 children; William, George, Albert, and my Great Grandmother Mary Addie Tozer. I believe William A. and Rachel came to Wisconsin around 1850 from Illinois. They lived in or near River Falls for their whole time there. Around 1868 William A. went back to Illinois to die.
