Ramsey as middle name .? Tozer origins

Hi
I was told that the Tozers were originally French Huguenots who fled persecution and landed in the Plymouth area. ( 'teasers 'in the cloth industry )
My grandfather was Alan Ramsey Tozer and lived in Cambridge England . ( he was a tailor I think )The middle name Ramsey seems to have been handed down through the generations , and I was told that there may be a connection to the Portrait painter by the name of Ramsey .Anyone else with this middle name ? Also , my grandad had a sister who moved to Canada when young - not sure of her first name .
