Thank you so much! Yes, my grandfather was Robert Tozer. Your response actually answers a BIG issue I ran into yesterday, when I found Richard's marriage certificate in Erie, PA, only to see "Cavanaugh" as Agnes' maiden name instead of Armstrong! I was so convinced I had the wrong person, I deleted about 15 people from her line :)
William actually married Evelyn, who went by Laura, and died in Buffalo. Robert died in Aberdeen, MD; his wife is still living, as well as his two sons.
