There were many Tozer's in PA. Here are a Few I just looked up.Thomas Tozer was discharged from service in 1861. 1850 census of Athens, PA. Bradford Co. Julius,b:in CT. Age 85/ Albert,b:in PA. Age 48/ Julius,b:CT. Age 55/ Joel,b:PA. Age 44/ Hawley,b:NY. Age 37/ And yet another Julius, Age 76 who applied for pension. Rev. War Vet. Andrew,b:PA Age 27 and Edmond,b:PA. Age 2...Andrew & Edmond are listed in Clearfield Co. Pike twp. Good luck
