The word Tozer: A Tozer was one who "Tozed" (combed/carded ) wool before it was spun into thread. The Tozer Tozier are interlinked with some saying that Tozer comes from Tozier ( a French arrow maker) and some saying that Tozier came from Tozer.
I am glad to hear that your Tozers are doing well. My Tozers are from Clearfield Co. Pa. and seem to have moved. Sue
