I don't know if this is my line of "Traffanstedts'" or not, but here is my issue:Actually, this is a little off the "beaten path." But my grandfather is William (Willie) Washington Traffanstedt b. 7 Aug 1899 Alabama. His wife, my grandmother,Myrtle Cora Bullard b. 3 August 1905. My grandfather, Willie, forced his daughter, Judy Marie Traffanstedt (born 1/25/1941 in Fort Worth, TX) to give me up for adoption. Although this happened only because she was un-wed and 16yrs old when I was born, I have know about my true blood-line all these years. Despite my "grandfathers" emotional out-break at that point in time, I have been determined my entire existance to find my family members. I have found my 1/2 brother, Donald Joe Roberts, who now lives in Las Vegas, NV. He tells me in Germany, there is a castle with the Traffanstedt family name. Can anyone out there in cyberspace confirm this family castle....where in Germany (somewhere along the Rhine River/Frankford I hear)but if you know of anthing of this sort - ie: website info please let me know. Thanks.
