Shawna,
Welcome to the wonderful world of genealogy! Usually this "Genealogy Pox" only strikes the older generations, such as myself!
My 3rd great grandfather was William TRAMMELL. He was born in 1814, in Ga. (We think) He is found on the 1850 Census of Shelby County, Tx, with a wife, Emally J. UNKNOWN and 2 children; Marthy and Samuel L., b. 1850 in Shelby County. (my great-great grandfather). Samuel married Mary Ozella MICKLEBERRY. (We call her "Marrying Mary" as she was married 4 times that we can find)!! Sam and Mary had Hattie V. and George Ira (my great grandfather). George Ira married Melvina WILLIAMS. My grandfather; Henry Livingston TRAMMELL married Oma Lea KOLB, my father; Henry Claymon TRAMMELL m. Maxine Helen YAWN. That about does it for my TRAMMELL lines except for me. I have other siblings of the above mentioned and other marriages for "Marrying Mary" if you find this is part of your family.
Judy TRAMMELL Smith
The Woodlands, Tx.
P.S. My brother has a daughter named Michelle.
