My great-great-great-grandfather was Mercer Martin Trammell born 1818 in Georgia. I have found him several times living close to Jehu Trammell. He also has a son named Mercer Newton Trammell. Does any of this fit into your tree? Could your Mercer T Trammell be my Mercer Martin Trammell? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
