Just reading thru the messages and found where someone said they found a letter about Mary Trawick marrying Abraham Barnes but the letter was hard to read. I am wondering if that might have been Absolum Barnes, instead of Abraham. My ggggrandfather Absolum Barnes from Barnes Crossing, Dale Co, Ala married a Mary Trawick (Traywick). She and R. Trawick were executors of his estate in 1874. There was also mention of a James L. Trawick. They moved to Nacogdoches County, Tx in 1860's.
Both are buried in the Barnes Cemetery in Trawick, Tx.
