Charlotte,
I do not have very much information on the Trawick family. This is all I have at this time. William Trawick was born in Dale County, Alabama. Wife is unknown, they had the following children: (1) William Bryant m. Susan Crenshaw and died in Richmond, Virginia in 1864 (I would assume that he was killed during the war). (2) Richard m. Tomlin. (3) Mary m. Abraham Barnes. (4) James L. m. unknown who died April 23, 1870. (5) Elizabeth and (6) Francis. William Bryant's daughter Mary Ann was my grandfather's mother. I have no idea when the Trawicks arrived in Louisina.
