This is getting more interesting all the time! Just today discovered that I have Grandmothers in TWO lines of Trawicks. GGGGGrandmother was Temperance Narcissus Trawick Whitehead Jones b. 1826 in Ala, dau. of William R. Trawick, then on back several generations to Robert, son of Robarde.
GGGrandmother Mary Matilda Trawick Whitten, b. 1835 in Smith Co., Tn., dau of Robert Trawick and Mary Crowell, then back several more generations to Robert, son of Robarde. This is where they connect. Don't think these ladies were ever aware of each other. If anyone has any info on these people, particularly Moses, (as father of William R., and son of George), would really appreciate hearing from you.
