I've run across two conflicting genealogies for Charles C. (Cabiness) BAILEY and Martha HAIRSTON ROWLAND, who were married in Franklin Co. VA in 1818. The TRAYLOR connection is via their daughter Mary BAILEY, who married John Humphrey TRAYLOR, Henry Co, VA.

One version of the lineage has Charles C. BAILEY and Martha HAIRSTON ROWLAND later living in GA, where they were buried.

An alternate genealogy has Charles C. BAILEY and Martha HAIRSTON ROWLAND living in Clark Co. OH, where they later died and were buried (Charles C. BAILEY was buried at Knob Hill Cemetary 12 Sep 1850, age 58Y 8M 20D. Martha
remarried and was buried at the Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery, Pike
Township, Clark County, Ohio, "Wife of Charles Bailey died Dec. 13, 1873,
ages 75y 10m 17d".)

I was wondering if any of the TRAYLOR folks had info that would shed some light on the confusion. Is anyone out there doing
research on John Humphrey TRAYLOR's immediate family and his BAILEY in-laws?

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and have a nice day!!!!
