Dianna & Pamela,
Margaret Sorrell, 51 (b. "Spartenburg, SC" per 1850 census) is Reuben & Sarah Traylor's dau.
Nicholas Traylor, 27, is John & Sarah (nee: Traylor) Traylor's son.
Nicholas's wife's name is Enfield (as can be seen on the 1860 Scott Co., Ky census) and that may even be her maiden name, not first name - I don't know that one.
Nicholas's mother Sarah (wife of John,b.abt.1790 Spartenburg Co, SC), is the dau of Nicholas Traylor (sr.), b. abt.1776 Mechlenburg Co (?) Va, & Polly __?__.
John, age 60, b.abt.1790 SC, on the 1850 Bath Co Ky census, is presumed son of Reuben and Susannah.
John (b.1790 SC)'s father is another John (sr.), b.abt 1776 Mechlenburg Co (?) VA, m'd __?__.
Just above John (b.1790 SC) and Sarah (b.1800 SC) Traylor, is I.F.Wilbourne (Isaac Floyd Wilbourne/Wilborn/Wilburn) and his wife (2nd wife) is EPSEY (actually Sarah "Epsy", nee Traylor, dau of John and Sarah Traylor.
On the 1850 Bath Co Ky census, Barnebus Traylor, 25, b.Ky, lives next door to John M.(?) Sorrell, 31, b.Ky, presumed son of Margaret (Traylor) Sorrell, and Barnebus's cousin. If that assumption is correct, Barnebus may be the son of John (b.1790) and Sarah Traylor. Needs confirming, tho.
On earlier 1830 Ky census's and some later ones, some of these obviously same Traylor's are ennumerated as "TRAILOR" and have spread to other counties (Fleming, Bracken, Owen, Kenton counties, etc) including Cary (also Carey & Cairey) b.abt. 1760's Mechlenburg Co, VA, Cary jr. (also Carey jr & Cairey jr.) & John (son of Cary/Carey), so you might try that spelling if Traylor fails to produce your lines.
The bulk of the Traylor's prior to 1760's VA were in Chesterfield Co, Va but I have not checked them out for relationships to Cary, Reuben, John (sr.) & Nicholas (sr.), but all of these can be found on the 1800 & 1810 Spartenburg Co, SC censuses and then the 1820 Bath Co Ky census.
Of unknown relationship to those above, is Micajah Traylor, who appears on the 1800 Garrard Co., Ky, Tax Lists and on the 1810 Garrard Co., Ky census, p.198, ennumerated as
2 males under 10
2 males 10 - 15
1 male 16 to 18
1 male over 45 *****
3 females under 10
2 females 16 - 25
1 female 26 - 44.
I have not found him after 1810.
