This mat help someone.

William Tralor left a will ca 1800. Allen Spurlock and Thomas "Banian" (O'Banion)signed a receipt that their wives had received their share of his estate. The wives were Frances Spurlock born ca 1778 who married Allen Spyurlck. They moved to Amite County, Ms. ca 1808. Milly Traylor married Thomas O'Banion married 25 July, 1799. They moved to Limestone County, Ala.

Brookes were near James Spurlock in 1800 Oglethorpe County, Ga. (census).

James Brooke born 1758 married Elizabeth Traylor. He died in Jasper County, Georgia. James Brooke was guardian for Frances and Milly when their father died. Sounds as though Elizabeth might have been a sister to William Traylor.

I research primarily the Spurlock family.
