William B Traylor, Bullock, AL, 1870

William B Traylor and son Romulus appear in the 1870 census of Enon, Bullock, AL residing with the Willis & Nancy Lucas family. In the 1880 census, the Lucas family was in Midway, Bullock, AL and Romulus had married their daughter Bettie and was a few miles away in Barbour County. Both Wm B Traylor and the Lucas family were in Russell, AL with a Columbus, GA Post Office address, but not together, in the 1860 census. Presumably Wm B Traylor died between 1870 and 1880, he was 82 in 1870.

I am trying to determine if there was any additional relationship between the Lucas and Traylor family. In the census transcription, the T was transcribed as F so the name became Fraylor. One researcher presumed William was Nancy's father, doubtful since his son married Nancy's daughter.

Willis/William & Nancy Lucas are my GG Grandparents. They "appeared" in the 1860 census and I have been unable to trace them prior to that. I found info on William B Traylor on a Traylor site, naming his two wives and children. Any information would be appreciated.
