Seek documentation on father of my gt gt grandfather - Loyd B. Treadaway, born Anson County, NC between 1822 and 1825. One source says his father was Daniel Treadaway, Jr. (born 1786); another says it was William Treadaway (born 1807). Loyd died during Civil War of Typhoid fever in Culpeper, VA (Jan 1862). Loyd's widow was Martha C. Russell Treadaway. Loyd enterd Civil War from GA in Oct 1861. Any information would be appreciated!
