I think Catherine was the wife of Moses Treadway, who was a son of the pioneer John Treadway Sr. who settled in KY ca 1785. Nancy Bennett is probably Catherine and Moses' daughter. Catherine's maiden name was DeWitt. Her parents were Peter and Jane DeWitt. I have more info if you are interested.
