Hi Diane and Thanks for the follow-up. Your reply was much help. Could you fill me in with dates and places for Thomas Peteet Treadway and his parents? I don't know if it is of interest to you, but I have some other connections with a various Poteets in Baltimore Co Maryland in the early 1700's. Also, the Quaker connection was sort of a notion - I was reading a history of Hopewell friends and Treadway was a name associated with that group in the part of Virginia that would eventually be Hampshire, Frederick and other cos. around that area. Some of these folks migrated from around Deer Creek in Maryland, which was Balitmore Co and later Harford Co. I know with my line, some of the kids were Quaker and some were not(were mostly Episcopalians and later Methodists). Thanks again.
