Yes! I am a descendant of Arthur and Lucretia (Taylor) Treadaway. My line is via their daughter Nancy Treadaway who married Abner William Maxwell. Charles Leo (your line?) was their first born son who married Elizabeth Bailey.

Have you ever determined Elizabeth Bailey's parents? I know Charles Leo Treadaway and Elizabeth Bailey were married in Cherokee County, GA and I beleive that is where Elizabeth was living at the time they were married. After they married they removed back to Henderson County, NC (where Charles was originally from) and later the entire Treadaway family removed to AR. I wonder what took Charles to GA. Did he know Elizabeth from NC or did he meet her while he was in GA?
