Terry,
I have attempted to locate Melissa's death certificate, but have not been successful. Henrydies before Wood County maintained death records.I too have the marriage records for Henry and Eliza Ann Foley. In "Pioneer Footprints" by Mary D. Sinclair page 151 there is mention of a Sarah Johnson marrying a Henry Tredway, but I can't be sure that this is our Henry.
He may be the son of Edward Tredway and Nancy Magness. There is an undocumented family history "Edward Treadway 1784-1859 and his Descendants" which cites Henry as the son of Edward, but I can not find any source verification of the same. Henry had some legal problems as outlined in civil court records, and left the state of MD. It is interesting that there is an Edward Treadway who is bondsman for Henry and his brothers William and James. Unfortunately, there is no indication of Edwards relationship to Henry in the documents.

Certainly this link requires more research, but I thought I would give you this information anyway in the event that you have not explored this avenue of research.
Thanks for your info, and happy hunting!
