Ive just started my family tree and am having a hard time. I know my gradfather was born in parkersburg wv about 1892 and moved to chicago was married to someone and had at least a son but left her and picked up a niece in ohio who was my grandmother she had two brothers one named sylvester v Tredway 10/06/1909 Ernest J Tredway 6/16/1914. my grandfather and mother changed their names to treadwell and also may have changed their first names as well to Victor and Christine but I do know my grandmoms parents were sylvester and lona tredway and that my grandpa and great grandpa was probably brothers so if any one has something please help me.
