Gene,

In your post, you list Irene Martha Treat being born in England. The 1880 Federal Census lists Irene and all of Alonza and Lucinda's children being born in Ohio.

You may be right, I am new at this; I was using the information that I have. What information do you have for ALONZO and LUCINDA TREAT?

I received some information from JAMES BOND KIMBLE in regard to John Latsch and Michael Latsch. However, it showed John as JOHANN, b: 4 Sep 1858, Father: MICHAEL LATSCH, age 28, miner, residence Dudweiler, Wife: CATHARINA MARGARETHA HOLZER, age 30, child, JOHANN.

And, Michael as MICHEL MATHIAS, b: 12 Jun 1864, Father: MICHAEL LATSCH, age 34, miner, residence Dudweiler, Saarbrueken, Germany, Wife: CATHARINA MARGARETHA HOLZER, age 35, child, MICHEL MATHIAS.

I liked your format, that comes later (lol)! I think I may have to label folders by family, so I can find what I am looking for. Any suggestions?

What software are you using?

Joy
