Inventory taken 20 October, 1742, by Jonathan Belding, Bezaleel Lattimore and Joseph Boardman.
Court Record, Page 12--12 October, 1742: This Court grant Adms. on the estate of Charles Treat, late of Wethersfield decd., unto Joseph and Oliver Treat of Wethersfield, who gave bonds with Wait Welles of Wethersfield for œ2000.
Page 19--22 March, 1743: Joseph Treat and Oliver Treat, Adms. on the estate of Charles Treat of Wethersfield, now exhibited an accot.: Debts and charges due from the estate, œ152-07-06. Which account is allowed and ordered to be kept on file. And moves to this Court that distributors may be appointed to distribute the estate. This Court so order distribution, viz.: To James and Oliver Treat, to Abigail Boardman alias Treat, to Prudence Treat, and to the heirs of Eunice Riley alias Treat, to Jerusha Welles alias Treat, to each of them an equal share of the sum of œ3057-00-07. And appoint Capt. Jonathan Belding, Sergt. Bezaleel Lattimore and Corporal Joseph Boardman distributors.
Page 20--4 April, 1742: Josiah Buck of Wethersfield, guardian to David Buck, a minor, son of David Buck, late of Wethersfield, shows to this Court that the sd. minor is a co-heir to the estate of Charles Treat. and moves to this Court that suitable persons may be appointed to assist him in a division of the real estate of the sd. Charles Treat, as the sd. guardian and minor may improve separate from the sd. minor's brethren and sisters, children of Eunice Riley deceased; and also set out and make distribution of that part of the moveable estate of the sd. Charles Treat which falls by distribution to sd. Eunice Riley alias Treat in the estate of the sd. Charles Treat, viz., an equal share with the rest of the children of the sd. Eunice Riley deceased. And this Court appoint and impower Jonathan Belding, Bezaleel Lattimore and Joseph Boardman to make distribution accordingly.
Page 27--5 July, 1743: Report of the distribution of part of the estate to David Buck. Accepted.
