My g grandmother was Annie Tredrea, from Gwennap Cornwall.

The name is pronounced
TRE (with a short e as in the) DRAY.
The stress is on the second syllable Tre'DRAY

It is a Cornish Surname and as such the stress should NEVER be on the first syllable.
