hello... it seems as tho any tremellens who might have been in cornwall, england around 1825-1850 have done very well in keeping themselves anonymous. i would be interested if you had any tremellen family listed in your database. william was born 29feb1836 somewhere in cornwall.. his two brothers, richard and john, (am doubting the existance of these two guys, but family lore has it that they went to other areas. william wandered around usa mining areas for a few years after 1850, and finally settled in Johnstown, cambria co., pennsylvania. he married nellie francles swank and had 4 kids.. i have been told that anyone coming from uk was a citizen of usa, but that seems a bit far fetched. i have been unable to find any immigration papers for him, but am still trying. anyone out there have any ideas..? thanks. tom tremellen, ft lauderdale fl
