Leslie, do you think John B. could have been the first child born in VA and Mary be the second child born after they moved to TN?
Someone in the Pruett family had sent information stating that the father of John B. Trenary was Richard Trenary and Hannah Branson. On this family sheet John B. was born in 1765 in Loudoun Co. VA and died in 1804 in Texas and that he was the father of Hannah and Honor. This birthdate and death date could not be correct if this is the same John B. Trenary that fought at the Battle of San Jacinto in TX in 1836.More than likely he was born in the 1790's.
Some information which I think is very reliable has John B. Trenary's death between 1840 and 1846.Hannah Trenary born 1819/1822 in OH was married first to William Peterson then to Levi B. Pruitt. She died 1889 to 1899 probably in Travis Co. TX.Honor was born about 1825 in OH, married in 1838 in Houston Co. TX to Martin T. Pruitt.Levi and Martin T. were the sons of Jacob Pruitt Sr who came to TX about 1822/1823 from IL to Houston Co. TX.
I'm sorry I don't know too much more but will be glad to answer questions if I can.Info sounds good if John B. and Mary birth order switched.I would like more info on descendants of the other siblings.
Thanks.
Ruth
