I have this line: Henry Trevarton 1710-1764, buried St.Erth Cornwall, married Elizabeth Phillips. Richard Trevartin(Trevarten) 1747-1816, buried St.Erth,married Ann Hoskin Thomas Treverton 1771, death unknown, married Elizabeth Bucket, 1795, Crowan Cornwall William Trevarthen(Trevarton), christ. Crowan 1802,died 1860, buried Mt.Victoria Cemetery, Devonport New Zealand Elizabeth Jane Trevarthen, b. 1833, Crowan,Cornwall, died 1911, buried St. Michaels, Hakaru,New Zealand, married Samuel Mooney 1851 in New Zealand. I am descended through Elizabeth Jane above. The info I was handed down was 'the family came from Cornwall, England. Their original home is: Trevarthian Manor House, Parish of Newlyn Truro,Cornwall. William, born 1802, was a miner, agricultural worker so I guess my branch werent Lords of the Manor!
