Janet, Thank you for your response. I do have that Maryian/Maryan/Mary Anne married a Rev. Ezekiel Trice s/o Edward Trice and Tabitha Harrison. Ezekiel was born c1760 in Orange Cty. N.C. died after 1820 in Orange Cty. The addition of Sheldon is addition information for me.
I have Henry McCoy and France McCoy both married to Herndons. I still can't find a marriage for Henry McCoy and Sally Herndon's son Edmond McCoy (supposedly born in 1783\4 in Orange Cty. married 1818 to a Seleta Mattox/Maddox.) I do have my Edmond McCoy born c1784 in Virginia and I have three marriages for him. I have a person who is very insistent that this is my Edmond. If it is, then he was also married at the same time to a Mary Wilson in Rockbridge,Va.
Knowing that you have no connection but saw my message and was gracious enough to respond leaves me with the hope that someone may see a marriage for Seleta Mattonx and Edmond McCoy and also respond. Thank you again. Sincerely, Ann
