My mother is a Shephard, and one of three daughters of Mark Shephard. I believe the family were in Mullion for the best part of 400 years, and when my grandfather died in 1975, he was the last in a long line of the Shephard's in Mullion. I have started to think about my family tree on the Shephard side, and I would be most interested to understand any information you have and how this links to your family. I have decided that 2005 is when I am going to formally start my family tree.

I spoke with my Mum, and she said she remembers and Uncle (Albert, I think) who had researched in the family tree, and went back several centries, alas he died when my mum was a child and we do not know where this information went.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Kind regards
