Hi Rebecca

I have also had a look on the IGI and Hugh Wallis batch numbers (same thing but they do it by parishes and you hunt the surname only)

There was a Sarah Triggs christened to a William and Jane possibly the ones in Ringmore in 1841 Sarah was christened 1803 but in Kingston near Ivybridge. Kingston and Ringmore are close so this could be the family as a Philip was also William and Jane's son and he was in Ringmore 1841. Hope I have been of some help.
